Cellulite and how to fight it
It is one of the unpleasant phenomena of aging: cellulite. And eventually the little dents form on the thighs. As a rule, this happens shortly after the 30th birthday. But what can you do against orange peel skin? In the drugstore there are many products that promise miracles. But most of the time they do not help, and the creams are also really expensive. How does this peeling work?
In order to understand how the effect of the sea salt cure comes about, it is first necessary to clarify how cellulite develops in the first place: After all, the dimples are not caused by sagging skin alone. But rubbing with sea salt has a third effect: it really boosts blood circulation in the treated areas. This means that the blood flows faster here for a while. Peeling with sea salt, buttermilk and olive oil
- 1 cup sea salt, as coarse as possible
- 3 tablespoons buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Simply mix the three ingredients in a bowl and the scrub is ready for the first application. If you wish, you can also add a few drops of essential oil. This does not affect the effect, but provides an extremely pleasant scent.
Coffee scrub with vegetable oil
Mix some coffee grounds with vegetable oil. Spread the paste on the affected areas and gently massage the skin with circular movements. You can take up to 20 minutes to do this. Shower off the scrub and simply pat the skin dry, leaving some oil behind. The oil is absorbed by the skin and gives it extra care.
Peeling with sea salt, honey and milk
- 2 tablespoons sea salt
- 1 tablespoon natural honey
- A little warm milk
Simply mix the three ingredients in a bowl and the scrub is ready for the first application. Especially for pimples or a few days after shaving the legs, the sweet peeling is particularly suitable, it has a cleansing and soothing effect on the skin. In addition, the honey has an anti-inflammatory effect.
How to use the natural product?
The scrub is very easy to use. Remove a small amount of sea salt scrub from the bowl and rub it on the affected areas of the body. Be very thorough in the process. Work on the areas with circular movements for about a minute. Then simply rinse the mixture. Since it contains oil anyway, you do not need to put cream on the skin. However, there is no harm in doing so. Especially if you tend to have sensitive skin, a dab of moisturizer never goes amiss.
