Heat for more health and well-being

Infrared cabins have now established themselves in the sauna world. This is due not least to the many positive effects on health. Although sweating does not have quite as much charm as in the classic sauna. On the other hand, the deep heat has a targeted effect on the body and is therefore much more effective. Therapy facilities have also recognized this. We reveal what the healthy pleasure can do for your body. In addition, this article will tell you everything you need to know about “pain relief and infrared cabins”.

Lady Gaga shows the way: Pain relief with infrared rays

Even Lady Gaga sits in the small closets from time to time. The reason: the rays relieve their pain. This is an effect that you know from sauna bathing. But the infrared cabins intensify it again. After all, the air is not simply heated here, but the rays act directly on the body. This is especially beneficial for muscle pain and rheumatic conditions.

I was so overwhelmed by the empathy, confessions, and personal stories of chronic pain in response to my previous post that I thought, what the hell. Perhaps I should share with you just a few of my personal remedies that I have acquired over the past five years. Everyone is physically and physically different. You should consult with Dr., but what the hell is going on? When my body goes into spasm, one thing that really helps me is the infrared sauna. I invested in one. They come in a large box shape as well as a low coffin-like shape and even some like electric blankets! You can also look around your community for an infrared sauna parlor or homeopathic center that has one. I combine this treatment with Marley’s Silver Emergency Blankets (see photo) which are caught in the heat and are very cheap, reusable and effective for detoxification as well as weight loss! To keep my system from overheating and causing more inflammation, I follow this with either a VERY cold bath, ice bath (if you can stand it, it’s worth it) or the most environmentally friendly way is to keep lots of reusable cold packs in the freezer (or frozen peas and carrots!) and pack them in all the pain areas around the body. I hope this helps some of you. It helps me continue to do my passion, my job, and the things I love even on days when I feel like I can’t get out of bed. I love you and thank you for all your positive messages. I hope this helps some of you. Suitable for people with weak circulation

Aim the rays at the parts of the body where the pain is located. Thus, the region is warmed very gently. As a result, tensions are released. That alone provides relief. At the same time, the heat also activates the metabolism. This makes it easier for the organism to remove substances that trigger pain.

Unlike the sauna, infrared cabins are also suitable for people with weak circulation. The heat from the lamp is so gentle that you do not have to worry here. Nevertheless, if in doubt, talk to your doctor.

Pain relief is not everything

But the deep heat from the lamp can not only relieve pain. Thus, some scientists suggest that the healthy pleasure helps to lose weight. True, the lamps are not able to simply melt away the fat. However, they stimulate the metabolism. This in turn ensures that the organism burns calories faster. But not only that. Digestion is also stimulated by the gentle heat – and the body sorts out more harmful substances.

In addition, regular visits can rev up the immune system. Here, however, the infrared cabin has no advantages over the conventional sauna. Finally, here the heat acts in general.

Circulation training in the infrared cabin

A visit to the cabin trains the circulation: Blood vessels dilate in the heat and contract again outside. This increases their elasticity, prevents hypertension and is even able to alleviate diseases. The advantage of the infrared cabin is the gentle heat. Even slightly weakened patients can enjoy them.

In addition, the deep heat is a miracle cure for cellulite. Here, too, the same mechanisms work as in the sauna: the accelerated metabolism is able to remove waste products. With this mechanism, however, the beams have a decisive advantage: they can be used specifically on individual parts of the body.
