What is a tepidarium?
The tepidarium is not an invention of modern times, but was already known to the Romans as a lukewarm anteroom. However, as a relaxation room for stress relief with pleasant room air, the tepidarium still finds many fans today. Because low humidity, pleasant radiant heat and low temperature provide a pleasant experience. The cardiovascular system is strengthened and the muscles are deeply relaxed.
